1. Intellectual Property & Database Protection

All graphics, logos, and the B2B database itself are the sole property of Gateway Marketing Consultants.

• Usage: You may not reformat, republish, or resell search results without express written permission.
• Automation: Use of applications or "scrapers" to obtain large portions of the database is strictly prohibited.

2. WhatsApp B2B Community & Membership

Participation in our paid WhatsApp Community program is governed by the following:

• Fees: Standard community access is priced at a nominal charge.
• Conduct: You must not defame, abuse, or harass others, nor create a false identity.
• No Spam: Transmitting unsolicited bulk messages or "spamming" leads to immediate account termination.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Secure transactions are processed directly via our verified payment providers.

• Methods: We accept Visa and MasterCard in AED and USD.
• Directory Sales: All directory flat-file sales are final once the download link is provided.
• Refund Window: A 24-hour refund policy exists only for unused funds in advertiser accounts, subject to a 3% administrative fee in certain conditions.

4. Prohibited Use & Site Guidelines

We maintain a Zero Tolerance policy for content involving:

• Software piracy, malware, or viruses.
• Illegal activities, hate-mongering, or violence.
• Deceptive trade opportunities.

5. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

In no event shall Gateway Marketing Consultants be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or revenue.

• Law: Governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
• Domicile: UAE is our country of domicile.
• Sanctions: We do not provide services to OFAC sanctioned countries.

6. Terms & Meanings

• Data Usage Consent: By accepting the terms, you consent to sharing your profile information (like name, company, contact details) with other members, who may then use that information to initiate contact.
• Opt-Out Right: You have the right to block specific users or completely disable direct messaging in the platform settings.
• Platform Liability Protection: We do not provide services to OFAC sanctioned countries.
